- Manage all the services for running of the property
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the Tenant(s) on the daily issues
- CRM/ Helpdesk - Customer Relationship Management, a software platform which offers a real-time communication & track record, between the Tenants, Facility Manager, Property Manager and Landlord.
- Continuously reorganize and optimize all the services, cost vs. quality
- Cost allocation for the utilities consumption
- Energy management optimization process
- Provide monthly reports on the general status of the property
- To provide incident reports in case of a special situations or incidents
- Manage the guarantees with the Property Manager (if necessary)
Note: In case of corrective and/or specialized works, spare parts, improvement works, to organize, through the Procurement Department, the selection of the offers and implementation
- Implement the "Building Rules"
- Assist the Property Manager during the delivery protocols process from the point of view of the above mentioned services
